By installing or using Sketchbook Runner ("the App"), you agree to the following terms.
License
The App is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control. You may not:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
- Modify or redistribute the App without permission.
- Use the App to violate any law or anyone else's rights.
Ads
The App may be supported by ads served through Google AdMob. By using the App you understand that:
- Ads may be shown during natural breaks (after a death, on the win screen, as opt-in rewarded videos).
- Some game features (revive on death, 2× rewards, cosmetic unlocks) are unlocked by watching rewarded ads.
- The App configures AdMob for non-personalized ads only.
Save data
Your game progress is stored locally on your device. We do not guarantee that:
- Progress will survive uninstall/reinstall (there is no cloud sync).
- Progress will transfer between iOS and Android.
- A bug or device fault won't corrupt the save file (we mitigate this, but corruption can happen).
Loss of progress is not eligible for any form of compensation.
No warranty
The App is provided "as is." We don't warrant that it's bug-free, secure, or always available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties.
Liability limit
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Changes
These terms may change. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance.
